Mr. Lowe is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana where he obtained his B.A. in History in 1993. He subsequently earned his J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1996.
Mr. Lowe has prior experience in personal injury, insurance defense, real estate, bankruptcy, contract, corporate law, and successions.
Mr. Lowe’s current practice is primarily focused on civil litigation, corporate matters, and succession, including litigation in multiple federal courts and Louisiana state district and appellate courts. Among other areas, he has experience in preparing corporate documents and in all matters of corporate practice including litigation, internal matters, construction law, and mergers & acquisitions. Additionally, he has experience at both the trial and appellate levels in cases involving contract law, personal injury, unfair trade practices, corporate law, federal antitrust actions, constitutional claims, financial institution bond claims, state regulatory matters, and the prosecution of professional liability claims.
Mr. Lowe is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American Bar Associations.
