Mr. Juban is a Baton Rouge native and graduate of Louisiana State University, having obtained his B.S. in Psychology in 1999 and a J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU in 2002.

After a clerkship in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Mr. Juban began his practice as an associate at Roy, Kiesel, Keegan & DeNicola in 2003, becoming a partner in 2008. He founded Keegan, DeNicola, Kiesel, Bagwell, Juban & Lowe with five other partners in 2010.

Mr. Juban’s civil litigation practice consists primarily of commercial matters in both state and federal court. Among other areas, he has experience with the prosecution of professional liability claims, construction litigation, state and federal constitutional challenges, and federal antitrust actions. He also represents the general business interests of clients in a variety of fields, including the medical service industry, industrial construction, printing and graphics, and the dental industry.

Mr. Juban is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Louisiana. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American Bar Associations.
