Mr. Keegan is a Baton Rouge native and graduate of Louisiana State University, having obtained a B.S. in Accounting in 1986. Mr. Keegan received his J.D. from LSU in 1989.

Mr. Keegan co-founded Keegan, DeNicola, Kiesel, Bagwell, Juban & Lowe, LLC, after working for over 20 years at Roy, Kiesel, Keegan & DeNicola.

Mr. Keegan’s practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, with an emphasis in professional liability and financial fraud litigation, and antitrust and constitutional law. Mr. Keegan represents clients throughout the United States in litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Keegan is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, has litigated as lead counsel in dozens of federal district courts in all regions of the country, and is admitted to a majority of federal Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State and Federal Bar Associations, and has served as President of the Baton Rouge Chapter of the FBA.
